Spin Class

WHEN: Tuesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm

DETAILS: The session will be available to all Bayside Tri members on a first come first serve basis. These sessions can be booked via the members Facebook page. Look out for the post on a Sunday or Monday. Each session will have a maximum number of 15 bikes, priority will be given to club members and then opened up to non members if there is space available. £4 per session payable on the night.

Two Hour Swim      

WHEN: Thursdays 8.00pm - 10.00 pm

WHERE: Gosport Leisure Centre

DETAILS: A mixed session of coached sets, drills and intervals focusing on development and endurance.  Bring some water, a pull buoy, kickboard and fins if you have them. £5 per session payable on the night. Please take a look at our Swimming Etiquette document here.

Training Locations

Long Bike Ride     

WHEN: Sundays 8.00am for 8.15am start

WHERE: Bayside Cabin

DETAILS: Fortnightly group ride starting the Bayside Cabin. Rides will be be run by one of the club Ride Leaders and will be of varying distances and cater for a mix of abilities. Ride details will be posted to the members Facebook page for details in the week prior. It is each riders responsibility to ensure your bike is in a serviceable condition, that you are carrying the necessary emergency spares, drink, food and are clothed accordingly for the conditions. The the Ride Leader may ask you to leave the ride if they feel you are not properly equipped.

Run Session     

WHEN: Mondays 7.30

WHERE: Bayside Cabin or Lee On Solent

DETAILS: Weekly run sessions lead by our Club run captains. Mixture of steady runs, intervals and speed work. Suitable for all abilities. Details of dates for run sessions for 2017 are available here.
